Please note that the apartment is in the owner’s residence, though it is completely separate from the other apartments. Guests may choose to use the living room as a second bedroom.

There are two bathrooms: a French-style salle d’eau with a shower, and a separate WC.
Nice is a popular destination in the South of France due to its famous beaches, many restaurants, exciting nightlife and unique French flare. This area is also great for students due to the numerous universities in the area!
