This 110m² (approx. 1,180 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system during the night and it opens into a courtyard. At the other end is a door with an intercom.This opens into the staircase that leads to the first floor and the apartment's entrance door. Then another staircase leads to the apartment itself.
The apartment entrance opens into the dining room and kitchen with the living room on the left and the first bedroom and bathroom. On the other side are two bedrooms with a shower room.
The living room has a parquet floor and three double-glazed windows with shutters that overlook the entrance courtyard. It is furnished with two sofas, four armchairs with two small tables, a desk and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a stereo.
The first bathroom has a parquet floor and a window. It is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin, a chest of drawers and a built-in closet. It provides access to the first bedroom.
The first bedroom is above the bathroom. It has wall-to-wall carpeting and a velux and windows with curtains that offer a view of the living and dining rooms.With the roof lightly inclined, it looks like a mezzanine. It is furnished with a double-size bed and bedside tables. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
The dining room is tiled and has windows on the ceiling. There is another that has a view of the entrance courtyard. It is furnished with a dining table with six chairs. In the same room, a storage area contains a refrigerator with a freezer and a washer/dryer.
